Welcome to the Fall Lock-In, a weekend experience that has been called, "The best weekend ever!" by people who've been there!
Open to students currently in grades 6-12, this Friday evening through Sunday Noon event invites participants to be engaged with God's presence as well as the community around them. Plus, the sheer amount of fun will be pretty awesome, too!
The EpiscoWisco Youth Fall Lock-In is taking place at PINE LAKE CAMP in Waupaca, WI (site of the 2023 Lock-In and one of the three Crossways Camps sites). Both students & adult chaperones will stay in winterized lodging, eat yummy food, as well as partake in worship, large & small group activities, and more!
Cost to attend the weekend is $50 per person (students & adult chaperones), which is made possible by very generous support from local youth ministries, congregations, and diocesan support.
Fees may be paid either online or by check (checks made payable to Diocese of Wisconsin with "Lock-In & Participant Name" in the memo line).
Cost should not be a reason to miss the Fall Lock-In! Contact your local clergy person, youth minister, and/or church leaders to for congregational support.
If additional aid is needed beyond what the family and congregation can provide, please contact Erin "Ernie" Wolf at [email protected] to discuss options.
The final registration deadline will be Thursday, October 31, 2024 (aka HALLOWEEN). We can't wait to see you November 15-17 at PINE LAKE CAMP! CLICK HERE to register today! Read on for more important information.

A note on Two-Way Communication Devices and/or Electronic Devices:
While we do allow for the use of cell phones, earbuds/AirPods, and other similar devices, we expect students & adults alike to use them responsibly while also respecting the community gathered and everyone's privacy. There will be times and places for device use, and we'll also observe screen/device-free meals.** **Please note that this does not apply to those who use mobile devices for healthcare purposes. Please contact Erin "Ernie" Wolf at [email protected] or 920-918-4007 to discuss.
At no point should a student participant and/or adult chaperone at the EpiscoWisco Youth Fall Lock-In use their devices for photos/video/recording in areas where one would reasonably expect privacy (e.g. sleeping spaces, changing stalls, bathrooms, showers, etc). Not only does this follow Safe Church standards put out by The Episcopal Church, the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin, EpiscoWisco Camp, Pine Lake Camp, and Crossways Camping Ministries, it also follows WI State Statute 175.22, which is observed by school districts across the state.
If devices become a major distraction or problem, they will be turned off and parents/guardians notified. Adult leaders will hold onto the devices and return them at the end of the weekend prior to departure.
Parents/Guardians: Review these expectations with your student(s) prior to arrival at the Fall Lock-In. When in doubt, feel free to leave devices at home.
