Frequently Asked Questions
(Camp Payment Edition)

  • Can you explain the new pricing structure in Camp Network?

    • Yes! In Camp Network, our new registration portal, you can select any of the payment tiers listed above prior to check out. You will then have TWO options listed (and if your situation doesn’t apply, keep reading):

      • Pay Full Price: Make one payment to cover the entire cost of the payment tier you selected for your camper.

      • Pay Deposit Price: Pay the $50 registration fee now, make additional payments later.

  • If I’m attending Kinder Camp as an Adult, do I still have to register and pay?

    • Yes! All Kinder Camper Kids are required to have a Kinder Camp Adult attend with them, and yes, the Kinder Camp Adult pays the same fee as their Kinder Camp Kid.

  • My congregation wants to cover some or all of the cost of camp. What should I do?

    • Contact Erin Wolf, Camp Director, at erin@diowis.org, for additional assistance. A discount code, for use in the registration process, will be created to match the level of support coming from the congregation.

    • For Congregations: Camper Scholarship payments CAN be sent in via check. Contact Erin Wolf for additional directions.

  • Where I find the EpiscoWisco Camp Scholarship Request Form?

    • You can find the EpiscoWisco Camp Scholarship Request Form at www.episcowisco.camp/forms. This form is for those requesting camper scholarships as part of the “Tier 3 Plus Program” and/or who will be receiving partial scholarships from their congregation.

  • My camper is not part of the Episcopal Church and/or the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin. Are they still eligible for a camper scholarship?

    • Yes! Any camper who wishes to attend EpiscoWisco Camp is eligible for a camper scholarship, thanks to the generosity of the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin, our congregations, and many individual/family camp-loving donors!

  • My camper and/or family have to cancel our registration for summer camp. What is the refund policy?

    • EpiscoWisco Camp’s Refund Policy, as stated on the signature page of the camper registration form via Camp Network, is as follows:

      • Any camper cancellations made before the registration deadline (June 6, 2026) will be refunded in full less the $50 non-refundable registration fee. Any refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card on file or the organization that paid the fee (in the event of a campership).

      • Any camper cancellations made after the registration deadline (June 6, 2026) within 7-10 days prior to the start of the first camper session (June 21, 2026) may or may not be eligible to a partial refund less the $50 non-refundable registration fee.

      • Any camper cancellations made after the registration deadline (June 6, 2026) within 7 days or less prior to the start of the first camper session (June 21, 2026) will not be eligible for any refunds.

  • I have a different question regarding payments that I don’t see listed here. Who can I contact?

    • Contact Erin Wolf, Camp Director, at erin@diowis.org, for additional assistance.
