Welcome to the EpiscoWisco Youth Fall Lock-In — a weekend experience that many participants describe as “the best weekend ever!”
Open to students currently in grades 6–12, this Friday evening through Sunday noon event invites youth to grow in faith, build friendships, and experience God’s presence in community — all while having a lot of fun.
Participants and adult chaperones stay overnight on-site and take part in:
Worship and prayer
Large and small group activities
Games and fellowship
Music and creative activities
Plenty of snacks and shared meals
Each year, the Lock-In is hosted at a congregation within the Diocese of Wisconsin. Our 2026 Fall Lock-In location is Beloved Community, located at 900 Brilowski Road, Stevens Point, WI 54482. (CLICK HERE for map/directions)

Middle & High School-aged students currently in grades 6–12.
Adult chaperones (ages 21+) approved through their congregation and/or diocesan leadership; who have passed a background check through the Episcopal Diocese of Wisconsin AND have their Safe Church modules up-to-date.

The cost for the 2026 EpiscoWisco Youth Fall Lock-In is $35 per participant (youth or adult), thanks to generous support from congregations and diocesan ministries.
Registration and payment are completed through the online registration system. Click the button above to register through Camp Network (same portal at EpiscoWisco Camp), or click to the next section.
Scholarships are always available. Cost should never be a barrier to attending. Contact your local clergy person and/or youth leader for congregational support.

All participants and adult chaperones must complete:

Health History Form (CLICK HERE)
Forms can be completed digitally and uploaded to the Camp Network registration portal -OR- printed, filled, and turned in at check-in.
Registration opens Tuesday, Sept. 1, 2026 at 12:00pm Central and closes at End of Day Saturday, Oct. 24, 2026.

Any participant cancellation made before the registration deadline (October 24, 2026) will be refunded in full. Any refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card on file or the organization that paid the fee (in the event of a scholarship).
Any participant cancellation made after the registration deadline (October 24, 2026) within 7-10 days prior to the start of the EpiscoWisco Youth Fall Lock-In (November 6, 2026) may or may not be eligible to a partial refund. Any refunds will be issued to the credit/debit card on file or the organization that paid the fee (in the event of a scholarship).
Any participant cancellation made after the registration deadline (October 24, 2026) within 7 days or less prior to the start of the EpiscoWisco Youth Fall Lock-In (November 6, 2026) will not be eligible for any refunds.

Check-in: Begins Friday evening from 7:00-7:30pm
Conclusion: Sunday at Noon (lunch is not provided)Participants should:
Eat dinner before arriving Friday
Bring bedding (sleeping bag, pillow, blanket, or air mattress)
Bring toiletries and personal care items
Pack comfortable clothing and layers
Bring any needed medications
Optional: musical instruments for worship

Alcohol, tobacco, vaping products, or illegal substances
Weapons of any kind
Pets
Schoolwork or unnecessary electronics
Cell phones/smart watched are permitted for this event in a limited-use capacity. We observe screen-free meals, worship, and other points throughout the weekend. If phones/device use is found to be disruptive, adult leaders reserve the right to confiscate phones until the end of the event (parents/guardians will be promptly notified).
Parents and guardians are encouraged to refrain from contacting their student(s) during the weekend. In the event of an emergency, please call/text Erin “Ernie” Wolf at 920-918-4007 or Fr. Aran Walter at 920-379-6229, event contacts for Fall Lock-In.
Please note: Medically necessary devices are exempt from this policy.

We expect all EpiscoWisco Youth Fall Lock-In participants (youth & adults) to use devices in ways that respect privacy for self and others while living within community for the duration of the event.
Devices may not be used:
In sleeping areas
In changing areas
In bathrooms
During instructional/learning times (including worship)
During meal times
Cell phones/smart watched are permitted for this event in a limited-use capacity. We observe screen-free meals, worship, and other points throughout the weekend, as noted above.
If phone/device use is found to be disruptive, adult leaders reserve the right to confiscate phones until the end of the event (parents/guardians will be promptly notified).

This policy meets DIOWIS Safe Church standards and guidelines set out for K-12 public school districts under Act 42.

Have completed background checks
Are committed to providing a safe, welcoming environment
Emergency contact information will be provided to parents/guardians prior to the event.
